Introduction

The Omidieh Combined Cycle Power Plant is located on 7 kilometers southwest of Omidieh County, on the Omidieh-Mahshahr road. The Omidieh Combined Cycle Power Plant is located between longitudes 49 degrees 44 minutes 12 seconds to 49 degrees 40 minutes 39 seconds east and latitudes 30 degrees 44 minutes 33 seconds to 30 degrees 44 minutes 56 seconds north. The power plant is located within the Jarahi-Zehreh level 2 watershed/river basin. The purpose of this project is to estimate flood levels with different return periods and design an off-site flood control system to ensure that the site is not threatened by flooding from upstream waterways and streams during the useful life of the power plant within the power plant's construction area. The dimensions of the site are approximately 700 meters long and 700 meters wide.
