Introduction

The issuance Price List for the Marine and Coastal Works marks a significant milestone in the development of the country’s maritime infrastructure and in raising the execution standards of coastal, port, and offshore engineering projects. The preparation of this specialized price list was entrusted to Sazeh Pardazi Iran Consulting Engineers, and was successfully completed through close collaboration with a team of senior experts and the active participation of the Ports and Maritime Organization and the Plan and Budget Organization. The drafting process involved several stages, including the preparation of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and General Technical Specifications led by Sazeh Pardazi Iran in cooperation with Hendese Pars and Pouya Tarh Pars, the issuance of the preliminary list of items in 2023, collection of feedback from ongoing projects, and continuous revision of the item descriptions. Subsequently, the pricing and cost allocation of the items was carried out by Sazeh Pardazi Iran Consulting Engineers, leading to the official promulgation of the price list by the Plan and Budget Organization.
