Introduction

For flood control of Darreh Gap River this project is defined in form of several engineering and supervision contracts. In order to increase river capacity, three meanders are cut and a dike along right bank of the river is constructed to prevent flood intrusion in to the city. In addition for bed and bank protection of new sections of the river several elements in accordance to the physical conditions of shortcuts are designed and constructed.
