Introduction
The purpose of the project is to design, procure, construct, and commission two (2) integrated High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plants, each with a capacity of 350 KTA, totaling 700 KTA. The project includes cooling water production units, process units, utility production and distribution systems, as well as administrative and office buildings.
